Misleading Information
You may not get what you pay for. What I paid for was pictured as a fine antique lithograph. What I received was a cheap modern poster. When I complained, their reply was that it was the consigners fault and that I should read the Fine Print of the Buyer Agreement. I have had very good luck with Live Auctioneer receiving what I've paid for, I assume that this is because the Auctioneers police their sellers. This Auctioneer did nothing to resolve my complaint and obviously didn't care. I felt that I was the victim of a scam. Jeff M.

Our listing clearly stated what we were selling. Nevertheless, as a courtesy because we care about our customer’s satisfaction, we offered a partial refund which was declined. We would never intentionally mislead anyone.

Very carefully packaged and impeccable condition
I was extremely satisfied with my first White Knight auction experience. Although I thought shipping was expensive when I purchased the item, the care in packaging makes the costs worth it and the item was in impeccable condition. I would not hesitate to buys something from them again.

A Great Buying Experience!
I won at auction a small acrylic, "Cinderella", by the artist Jozza. I had a question about the painting, so I called. The young woman who took my call was more than helpful in answering my question-she was friendly, and enthusiastic. My conversation with her went very well. My painting was shipped out promptly, but it's how it was packaged for shipping that prompted another call to WKA. My little acrylic was packed as if it had cost ten times more than what it did. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. I thanked them for their professionalism-something that is sorely lacking with in too many of the other houses I deal with-and for being just friendly. I will buy from them again, and I'd strongly suggest anyone looking to invest in art consider them as well. A thoroughly positive buying experience from start to finish!

Great experience
I am so pleased with the Tarkay I purchased from Knight at auction. It is perfect! When I called them to verify my payment and shipping, they were right on top of things and had the information ready. The shipping was exactly as they had said.

30 Day shipping and poor quality
The employees were a pleasure to deal with until I received the item. They are selling items that are not ready for sale or shipping. After the purchase they let you know they have to have the item made. It took 30 days to receive. Upon receiving the quality was poor and the prints were blurry. I teached out and a response of that’s how it is and no returns. I would not purchase from again and would encourage any buyer to inquire about shipping time and quality before purchasing.

Some items are coming from Consignors and take longer to process which is why we clearly state in our Terms and Conditions abs on the invoice to allow a minimum of three weeks handling time from date of payment however in stock items ship much quicker, generally within a week of payment. These Banksys were offset lithographs and the quality was in line with the printing process used; we did not produce them and have no control over the process.
