Exactly What I thought great find, just took forever to get
Great art piece. Beautiful print. I was going to reach out to see what happened to it because it took a very long time for it to ship. It did arrive, and was it great condition.

Third party $1100 withdrawn myHigh $400 moved to $1000 as a result
My bid was $400 at close of auction with a limit of $1000. The auction house took a bid at the last moment of $1100 and immediately withdrew the bid because of error but moved my bid to $1000 as a successful bidder. My final bid was $400! i am asking for an adjustment to be made as my final bid at $400 was the highest bid, Still waiting for a response..

I've bought a painting signed by Richard Mayhew. No date, no info about previous collectors, I write several time about that, no reply at all. The painting was sent in good conditions, very quickly, and I've nothing to tell about shipment and delivery. Just I complain about the lack of informations they provide. they don't assume any responsibility about authenticity of paintings, but-if the painting is sold as original (not "attributed to" or "in the style of"-I assume that they have enough informations about that artwork. I'm still expecting some info. Hope that the artwork is original.

Forged Signature
The painting had a forged TC Steele signature. Cleaning quickly remove the signature and revealed the signature of Carrol King. The painting had been sold within 12 months of the current auction in Pennsylvania for a fraction of the price we paid for it.

Counterfeit Painting
I had the painting examined by someone who worked with her they told me it’s not one of her works. I left 2 messages for someone to contact me at the auction house and no one has. Would not purchase from them again I am out $2, 500 with purchase and all the fees

I would be very wary about this auction house.
I purchased a painting which turned out to be a fake! Stay away, look at the bad reviews. Most buyers don't have their paintings checked out after purchase.

Terrible experience
I won a painting at auction, which I paid for quickly, including shipping costs. I did not receive the lot I won. When I spoke with the receptionist at auction house, he told me that the consigner never delivered the painting to them. This is completely unacceptable. Firstly, the auction house should take possession of the item before they sell it. Seems odd to me this was not the case. So now, I think the auction should enforce the contract it signed with the consigner, who must deliver the painting to the auction house. How can anyone bid with any confidence in Time Auctions or with Liveauctioneers, for that matter? I cannot. In addition, the owner of Time Auctions or anyone who has decision-making authority, has not returned any of the myriad of calls I have made to the auction house. I receptionist is very nice, but he neither knows anything about this issue nor can he make any decisions. Time Auction should not be in business unless they change their business practices and can say to the public that the auction house can deliver the items they represent and sell. Finally, the auction house has not set up its voicemail so when one calls they cannot leave a message. It is rare that the receptionist picks up the phone in my experience. If you choose to bid with Time Auction I hope you have a better experience then mine.

Fake!
I bought a painting from this auction house claimed to be an Irma Stern and it is totally a fake! I asked for provenance and received no response to my question. Beware of buying from this Auction House.

Smooth Transaction And Lovely Staff
