As described, easy process, fast and reasonable shipping. Would bid here again.

To potential buyers, I would caution you with utilizing their in-house packing services. I purchased a glass vase, an obviously fragile item, and it was wrapped in only two to three layers of bubble wrap with paper packed around it. The box itself was only two inches taller than the piece was while laying on its side, and barely longer than the vase. Anyone who collects glass knows that's not proper packing and doesn't give it much of a chance for survival. Thankfully, the vase was fairly sturdy and did not have any applied pieces or protruding areas, so it did survive. I'm still surprised. I'd think twice before bidding again with this auction house. Aside from the packing concerns, the rest of the transaction went fine.

GREAT AUCTION HOUSE

This was the first time I ever bid with this auction house, and it will not be the last! I went a bit overboard getting over 20 lots and many many items. Considering this auction house does not specialize in toy trains, I thought they did a magnificent job. Could I quibble about a couple of items, you bet; but when let's just say 98 out of a 100 are exactly as expected, that is a solid A in anyone's grade book! The owners went out of their way to pack as I requested. The packer did a great job and is definitely among the best in the business. Nice to find a kind of out of the way auction house that has integrity and fabulous service.
