Block was very helpful and responsive in helping to sort out my shipping issue and the items were as described. The only negative was the cost of shipping relative to the cost of the items and while Block was very helpful in getting me a lower shipping fee, if I was doing it again I would get a better estimate before bidding. But overall, it was a good experience.

Bought from Block Auction before and had a great experience. There was good communication, their "in-house" shipping was reasonable and I got my items rather quickly. This last experience was anything but good. Tried "live shipping" which was overpriced to start with. Receipt of my items took much longer and they were improperly wrapped. A baseball bat I received was coated in bubble wrap with the bubbles turned outward and they built a box around a Priority Mail triangular box so that they could ship it Ground Express and save $4. Unless it is something highly unusual, I doubt if I will use them again.

Shipping took longer than expected, and was pricy... BUT, the items were well packed and arrived safely

I've watched several auctions finally bidding for the first time and was completely blown away of the ease of how the system works. Registration was simple bidding was a little confusing because again my first time, but I soon figured out how it worked. I continue to watch and when the time is right hopefully bid again.

The auction house was quick to respond and help. We appreciated their help and intervention with the shipping company.

Their auctions always have an interesting selection. They are fun and easy to deal with. I have never had a problem which is rare these days. Never see an item with incorrect description trying to hide damage. One of best auction houses I've dealt with!

I received several Ron Lee items damaged during shipping. I notified the auction house and they said they would file a claim with the post office. I never received any information in regards to the claim and have heard nothing from either the auction house or the post office. Was the claim filed??? I have no idea. All of the could have been avoided had the items been packed well, considering hou heavy Ron Lee Figurine's are!!

The coin said it was silver, but it’s not I contacted them no response.

The 2 necklaces are much more substantial than the photo indicates. The package arrived well packed. I was going to gift them, but decided they are able to be worn by men and women, thus will keep them. I recommend this vendor.

Shipping was expensive and the customs declaration was incorrect. They added the amount I paid for shipping and Buyers Premium to the value of the items. And shipping want even that careful compared to other auction houses on this app. I won't buy from this auction house again.
