The auction, on the whole, was run well, but they do need better descriptions of their items.

They seemed disinterested in helping with the shipping. I felt uncomfortable with this service.

My experience was strange. I inadvertently purchased a item in a sale I was watching live where I had left bids. I immediately called the auction house during the sale to tell them of my mistake and asked that they re-sell the item. No one picked up. I left a message to that effect and my phone #. A week later I called. Left a message about my purchase. I have never heard from Russ Auctions. Thanks, Sam

I do not have my merchandise and Russ Antiques is now ignoring my communications: (It is only $30 or so, but still... Glad I did not trust them with a lot of money. Patricia **********

We received a bill from Russ Antiques on 1/16/18, the day after the auction. We paid the bill immediately. That was the last we heard from Russ Antiques. We have sent emails but have received no response. We assume that Russ Antiques does not care to communicate with their paying customers. As of 2/7/18, three weeks after we paid for our lot, we have not received the lot we purchased.
