Great auction house!!
Very smooth first time experience with Capsule. Accommodating and responsive as I was allowed to come see the sofa before it went live. They have a nice curation and easy pickup process. Would recommend

Capsule was great to work with!
Other than a little confusion regarding whether to pay her, on site, or directly, and also some confusion regarding shipping with liveauctioneers or with a local NYC shipper suggested by Capsule, this was a wonderful experience, and still very good! Once I got all of that figured out, Capsule was terrific and pleasant, and Rick and Lisa at the suggested shipper were AONDERFUL to work with. They also boxed and shipped my 4 lots like the pros they are. Could not have been happier! THANKS ALL for your kind help and attention!!!
