I was very pleased with my purchase of three lots of plates, which were described accurately. The shipping was reasonable, fast and arranged by the auction house automatically. I didn't have to do a thing and my lots arrived very well packed less than two weeks later. I couldn't be happier and I would definitely buy with again. Thank you, Lakeshore!

I definitely will do business with Danny's. They are very easy to communicate with. Customer service is a high priority with them. They also handled the shipping process in-house. This was significantly easier than using a shipping company. They are true professionals that make the auction process a pleasant experience.

It was just an extremely smooth purchase, of two very pretty art glass items. Low shipping fee, both in great condition.

The item was just as described, it was easy to pay, and shipping was prompt and reasonably priced.

They packed and shipped themselves all items at a most reasonable price and all items arrived in perfect order. This will insure they will be in business long after those that give their customers 30 seconds to buy an item from them and then tell the customer it is their responsibility to deal with some unknown UPS dealer who often charges 100 % + of the hammer price plus the ever rising buyers premium. The end result is it often takes months to receive the items and then often times they are damaged or broken, again it is the buyers 'task to resolve. Danny was a real pleasure with which to deal compared to 90 % of the other Houses which are become to believe their only task is to gather up a bunch of junk and take a picture of it withe the usual disclaimer of what you see (and by implication what you cannot) is what you get so don't bother us.

the shipper is a crook, he charged me too much money, even danny told him he overcharged me. Sellers need to post dimensions and more pictures.

Danny was very responsive by providing alternative shipping and handling by himself and staff after a recommended shipper quoted a price that far exceeded the value of the piece.

When I was doing the bidding my bid appeared to bidding against myself, as I found out there was a reserve on the item. Your system should make it so that it shows the opposing bid as Reserve Not Met, so that you don't get the feeling that you are bidding against yourself!
