This was just received! This piece is 11 "long for 5" 1/4 wide at the largest point. Brother's Auction had it listed as follows: "The dimension is 16.5 inches high x 8 inches wide." This is a BLATANT LIE, MISLEADING and DECEPTIVE! I would have NEVER spend this much money on this piece if I knew its real, accurate dimensions. I will be reporting this to LiveAuctioneers and leaving negative feedback. Sorry, people, but you are what makes online bidding a BAD experience! I AM BEYOND, WAY BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!! I FEEL CHEATED AND WILL NEVER AGAIN HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOUR AUCTION HOUSE! Frankly, you, and the likes of you should be BANNED from EVER being on LiveAuctioneers of any other online auction platform! SHAME ON YOU! I am leaving a 1 star rating on everything because I cannot leave ZERO or NEGATIVE stars! I cannot think of a better word than SCAMMING to define the way you had this listed and that's being kind!

I felt like I was actually there at the auction. The emails and notifications are so accurate. The shipping was great. Everything was packed tightly in bubble wrap for a perfect delivery.

Great items, fragile shells, I wish more care was taken to wrap individually instead of 5 in a baggie to prevent the shells from hitting each other. Chipping ocures

I'm so glad that I saw this beautiful African mask up for auction. I actually had been searching for a mask and looked at several on Ebay. The Ebay masks don't come anywhere near the high quality and craftmanship of this mask. The auction process was so easy. When I first saw the mask I marked it as a "favorite" and placed a bid/to watch. The bidding process was simple and easy. Once the invoice was generated and I paid, I instructed the auction house that I wanted the item shipped. I couldn't believe how fast the item reached me (and it was perfectly packed... no need to worry about any damage). I definitely will be ordering again from this auction house

I am not a fan of Auction Houses..!!! but I like Flores..!! charming and considerate.. and no hammer to pay...!! what's not to like..???

Flores Auction, located in Elmhurst, NY, is a wonderful auction house, very, very friendly and that goes out of its way to help out with any problems. Also, importantly for me, they arrange for packing and shipping on most items and at reasonable packing and shipping prices. As an international customer, I always have to worry about shipping costs, because when I have things shipped to me from abroad — and especially from the US — the packing and shipping costs tend to be very high; often much, much higher than the hammer price on the items I have won. Moreover, my country will impose VAT on my purchases, which is calculated on the value of the item PLUS the shipping costs. Anyway, This auction house has certainly done its best for me. They have a lot of interesting auctions, typically without reserve prices or buyers 'premiums. And, as I said, they are SO VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. Highly recommended!

The item I won was so small and felt like it was carved out of cork it was so light. I got jammed with a $25.00 shipping bill for something that should have cost $10.00 Don't bother here unless you have more money than you know what to do with.......
