I only received part of my order. I reached inquiring about the two pictures that had never arrived. I reached to the auction house and received NO response. It has been some months and I still have not received the pictures nor and communication. I even tried to enlist the help of the platform with no luck. It baffles me as to why there would be no follow up since clearly there is some mistake. There must be some verification of delivery? I just don’t understand ignoring the messages? I did get some beautiful items that wrapped really well. I appreciate the manner in which my items were handled. But my pictures are just missing with no thought or concern by the auction house. S

Terrible packing, no tape on glass, zero response on the issue, like Worthington thinks the problem will go away. No refund, had to contact my cc. What a miserable, irresponsible company.

I reached out to Worthington Galleries before the auction to determine if they had a COA for the piece in question. They stated they did. When I attempted pick up, the owner, who looked for over a half an hour, could not find the COA. They refunded my money in this situation without any harangue or argument. It's truly unfortunate as both the wife and I really love the piece. The point is that Worthington made a real effort here and when things could not be rectified, they made sure to take care of the customer. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought a poster for 2, 273 dollars, paid, they said they ship. After a while I asked when they will ship. I only got one email saying they would check. All dozen or more email and phone messages were ignored and then they blocked my calls. I had to deal to Live Auctioneers to finally get a refund almost two months after the sale. HORRIBLE AUCTION HORRIBLE PEOPLE. IF YOU BID EXPECT TO BE CHEATED.

Advertised an aqua colored rug. I received a filthy dark green/brown rug. Did not answer my phone calls. This is a shady operation and don't believe the pictures!

Overall, I had a good experience with Worthington. I had a question about the dimensions of the item and they responded quickly. They also took care of shipping quickly as well.

I have not received item purchased, I have reached several times. I was told shipping was included. I am not even getting a response back.

I was so impressed by this auction house! From payment to shipping, it was truly the easiest auction purchase I’ve ever experienced. They were very responsive when I had questions and the painting arrived incredibly well packed in a container they built to handle it. Really, I cannot recommend Worthington Galleries enough.

I have been going back and forth for months. Worthington shipped. Item arrived broken, poorly packed. Neither the shipper they used nor Worthington will NOT take responsibility for a broken item. Avoid them. THEY SAY THEY HAVE IN HOUSE SHIPPING. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. THE SHIPPER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKING AND SENDING.

I won an auction and paid for an item on Dec 6th. I hoped to have the item by Christmas. Today is Dec 28th and I still do not have the item. I understand shipping is bad these days, but I messaged the auction house three times and they never responded to my emails. I had to work through liveauctioneers customer service instead. When that happened, they came back with information regarding a different buyer (not my item). I do not recommend doing business with Worthington.

This was my second buying experience with Worthington Galleries, and each went as absolutely excellent. Lot items were well researched and as described, estimate, hammer and premium well priced, timely, flawless and affordable shipping. What else can one ask? Very professional staff with high quality fine art.
