I bought a poster for 2, 273 dollars, paid, they said they ship. After a while I asked when they will ship. I only got one email saying they would check. All dozen or more email and phone messages were ignored and then they blocked my calls. I had to deal to Live Auctioneers to finally get a refund almost two months after the sale. HORRIBLE AUCTION HORRIBLE PEOPLE. IF YOU BID EXPECT TO BE CHEATED.

Advertised an aqua colored rug. I received a filthy dark green/brown rug. Did not answer my phone calls. This is a shady operation and don't believe the pictures!

Overall, I had a good experience with Worthington. I had a question about the dimensions of the item and they responded quickly. They also took care of shipping quickly as well.

I have not received item purchased, I have reached several times. I was told shipping was included. I am not even getting a response back.

I was so impressed by this auction house! From payment to shipping, it was truly the easiest auction purchase I’ve ever experienced. They were very responsive when I had questions and the painting arrived incredibly well packed in a container they built to handle it. Really, I cannot recommend Worthington Galleries enough.

I have been going back and forth for months. Worthington shipped. Item arrived broken, poorly packed. Neither the shipper they used nor Worthington will NOT take responsibility for a broken item. Avoid them. THEY SAY THEY HAVE IN HOUSE SHIPPING. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. THE SHIPPER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKING AND SENDING.

Wonderfully superb in every way, describes how Worthington does things. I am very appreciative.

I won an auction and paid for an item on Dec 6th. I hoped to have the item by Christmas. Today is Dec 28th and I still do not have the item. I understand shipping is bad these days, but I messaged the auction house three times and they never responded to my emails. I had to work through liveauctioneers customer service instead. When that happened, they came back with information regarding a different buyer (not my item). I do not recommend doing business with Worthington.

This was my second buying experience with Worthington Galleries, and each went as absolutely excellent. Lot items were well researched and as described, estimate, hammer and premium well priced, timely, flawless and affordable shipping. What else can one ask? Very professional staff with high quality fine art.

Quick to get paid but not on shipping

Thought I won an auction item only to be told weeks later "sorry it was sold earlier this year we cannot send it to you"... found the piece on Their website for sale at much higher price then my auction price!!

Cannot get my items after paying for them in one day. Gallery does not have shippers to recommend. Does not even seem to have the items purchased. May need to cancel payment.

This is my second experience with the auction gallery. The first time they could not locate a lot that was purchased and the second time there was a lot that was missing from the shipment.
