From start to finish we are beyond pleased with this purchase. Item as described, easy payment process. Juniors Auction Service, handled all the details of getting this large, heavy, piece, a great distance, did an outstanding job. Love it, kudos to all involved.

Elite Auctioneers are SCAMMERS. Bought a “Charles Fazzino serigraph” that was actually a poster. Elite Auctioneers fraudulently listed it as a Charles Fazzino serigraph but it was actually a poster. Had it checked by the Charles Fazzino studio confirming that it is a poster and not a serigraph. Be wary of Elite Auctioneers they are SCAMMERS. The owner refused to make refund arrangements and is not returning calls or emails. I will be opening a case with the police for fraud.

ELITE was very helpful and efficient, however, I found the packing/shipping cost excessive, being conserably more than the value of the item. In any event, I do not plan on doing any further business with US based sellers in the foreseeable future.

Sent e-mail regarding the condition of the items no reply-items restored and had damage when told in good condition.

I emailed auction house that shipper would be delayed. Auction house moved withou notice. When I called them they claimed no knowledge of lot, or that it might be found after they completed move. They should refund the $1400

I have purchased at auction for many years. It is not only customary it's a question of ethics for an auction house to make some mention where there is a condition issue. You can't tell from the photographs. They look like light reflections. Since this is the only way to inspect an online item, it should have been disclosed. At the very least say "AS-IS" so the buyer knows to look for an important defect. The auction house clearly knew about it because when I received my Moorcroft plate the string from the auction tag was tapped over the chip. Unprofessional and unethical. I'm surprised they have so many positive reviews.

I buy and ship a lot. And I mean a lot. The transaction with the auction house was smooth. Junior's packing was exceptional. The other quotes I got from the recommended shippers were HUGE. To the point I called the auction house and reported them for price gouging. Junior's packing was the best job by far. If you ship fine antiques and glassware, rest assured this man knows how to pack it to arrive. Forget about the run of the mill Franchise packing stores. So many many times I have received my items poorly packed and ultimately broken and gone forever. I can not recommend Junior enough.

There are numerous reasons I will not use Elite Auctions again: * Customer service is very unprofessional; employees answering calls were clearly unprepared for questions or even basically knowledgeable of the items being auctioned. * Sales tax issue * The listing was inaccurate; number of pieces were not the same as advertised. The auction house did not understand the minute differences in sizes of pieces (spoons, knives). There was 1 spoon of 12 missing. * It took 2 weeks to receive the items using their recommended shipper. Silver was not individually wrapped as requested, causing scratching during shipment; the shipper was pleasant but not accustomed to shipping antique sterling flatware.

As always, Elite is the best of the best on Live Auctioneers... it's always a pleasure to bid on items they have listed and to win!!!

Excellent auction company

First time with Elite Auctioneers and it was a smooth transaction. The only suggestion I would give is to consider offering in-house shipping with items smaller than paintings and furniture. It is an added complication trying to coordinate a 3rd shipper.
