Above and Beyond
Magic Hill employees went above and beyond to make sure my items were delivered to me safely and securely, even though I was on the opposite coast. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The entire process was surely more than I could have expected from an auction house and I would definitely use them in the future when bidding on-line. Magic Hill is top notch
The whole process from winning the bid, to coordinating the shipping, to delivery, was so smooth and seamless. It was well-packaged and arrived in great shape. I contacted Magic Hill with a question about the piece we got after I received it, and Myron was so kind and responsive. A very refreshing approach of high customer service and satisfaction. I would definitely buy from Magic Hill again!

Easy to work with
Overall, Magic Hill was very responsive to inquiries and was very easy to work with. They could have made it clearer that they were willing to drop off items at the local UPS store for shipping, but they did, which made all the difference for us being able to shop with them.
