Avoid at all costs
I won auction and paid promptly. They dont do in house shipping which should have been a red flag. They provided several shippers and I made arrangements twice with UPS to pick up items but that never materialized. My guess is that they resold my paid items to someone else.

Better than Expected
This was the first time I used this auction house and they are simply terrific. Very goo communication, always friendly, and quick to respond. The item I won is so much better than I expected-I am simply delighted. I will watch for their future auctions. I recommend.

Great annual New Year Auction!
Saves high quality & hard to find Western Pa stoneware & antiques all year for this annual New Year’s day auction. Always worth the wait-always great stuff to bid on. Very easy people to deal with.

Bidder did not want to pay for shipping, then filed a chargeback on his credit card. I offered to take to any local shipper that he wanted to use free of charge. Expected to get a 10 gallon stoneware watercooler shipped from PA to Montana for under $50 with packing and insurance. You just can't help some people!!!
