I won an item based off of the image shown during the auction. It was only after winning that they sent me an invoice with a description for an entirely different item. I told them I was not going to take it considering they falsely displayed the item for sale. Very disappointing.

Auction house gave me a lame excuse for not delivering the purchase: "damaged in storage". Well, if an auction house puts something up for auction the first thing they do is check the status of the piece, right? My guess: reserve not met.
