Location confusion
Make sure to notice the items location when purchasing from them. “NY” first makes one assume they are located in New York. Second, in one location of items listing it states “item located in Beverly Hills, CA”. And third, in the items description it stated “item ships from London”. I was not expecting customs papers, tariffs, etc on my purchase. But the item did arrive in good condition with no issues. It was packed very well.

My beautiful Tag Heuer watch arrived today

Watch needed over $3000 work done on it
The watch needed over $3000 work done on it once received in Australia. Very hard to leave a good review on watches. In my opinion watches maybe dangerous from buying from Auctions without professional inspection. Ended up flipping the watch for $1000 USD, Waste of time

You contacted us sharing that your software helped you identify this watch as a great purchase, and you won it in pre-owned excellent condition for $2, 500. You also mentioned that you were very happy with the watch and our customer service upon receiving it, and at no point did you indicate any issues with the watch's performance. When the watch left our facility, it was keeping time well and was in excellent pre-owned condition. It is possible that the watch may have been affected during the lengthy international transit to Australia, during customs processing, or while in your possession. Pre-owned watches, like any mechanical timepiece, can be sensitive to handling and transit. We also want to note that a repair quote of over $3, 000 for a watch that sells pre-owned in the $2, 500 – $3, 000 range is highly unusual and would be considered disproportionate by industry standards. Similarly, selling the watch for $1, 000 after purchase is a decision that would not reflect the watch's true market value. We went above and beyond to assist you with custom paperwork and the complex process of shipping to Australia, which we were happy to do as part of our commitment to great customer service. Do not purchase anything from this auction house. I’ve bought several items from other auction houses and have never had any problems. This one misled their payment options, misrepresented the product, and misrepresented certificate of authenticity. When asked, they blamed everything on liveauctioners

The authentication certificate for your Breitling watch was sent to you twice via email. It appears those emails may have been routed to your spam folder, which can occasionally happen. For convenience, we have attached the certificate again. Regarding shipping, your payment was made through LiveAuctioneers via ACH. As you may know, ACH payments require a clearing period, and LiveAuctioneers does not release funds right away. They provide us a FedEx shipping label and request us not to ship the items until the payment has fully cleared on their end. We shipped your watch promptly once LiveAuctioneers released the payment and provided the shipping label. From the outset, we made every effort to assist you, including expediting documentation and accommodating your requests. We take pride in the quality of the items we offer and the service we provide, and your Breitling watch is a genuine and excellent piece. Beware of all of the fee’s
I have to write this review just so some people will be aware that are unknown. I received the Chanel bag and it is a beautiful bag 100 % responsiveness to my inquiries were pretty quick and seemed fair however all of the extra fees above and beyond the purchase price was exorbitant of course there is always gonna be a hammer fee, etc. etc. but the fees we’re almost half at the actual bag price I believe they have beautiful things, but the final price is usually way above the actual value of the item just be cognizant

As with all auctioneers, if you dont know them, check the Internet, State database and City to be sure the business is legit. Google their address and be sure it is just not a PO Box. Live Auctioneers is supposed to do this but some slip through the cracks.

Personal attacks-used a family member's information on an invoice without consent.
I unfortunately had a pretty bad experience with NY Elizabeth. Two separate employees accused me in writing of deleting my information from liveacutioneers website. Cherry at liveauctioneers looked into the issue and noted I have two accounts. NY Elizabeth some how got a hold of my sister’s information and created an invoice with her name and address on it-without her consent. I am still not sure how they did this. Cherry suggested I pay through liveauctioneers so she created an invoice-this differed from NY Elizabeth. I let them know, they again accused me of deleting my information from liveauctineers-not really possible bc a credit card is on file to bid. NY Elizabeth then demanded that I pay their invoice. I asked that they correct it with the correct information-they refused stating I had to pay the invoice with the wrong information on it and then they would correct it. I still have not received the item at all.

The client attempted to commit fraud after winning a lot; fortunately, live auctioneers track all bidders 'IP addresses and email addresses. You cannot create two accounts on live auctioneers because their IP tracker prevents having two active accounts associated with the same name and email address. The client failed to follow our payment instructions, which led us to void the sale and block them from participating in our auctions. We don't ship any item without receiving the payment first.

BUYERS BEWARE! NY Elizabeth defrauded me of $27, 000
NY Elizabeth purposefully defrauded me by advertising one product and then sending a totally different, worthless product. When I immediately brought this to their attention upon receiving the fake product and told them this was either a mistake or deliberate fraud they refused to send me the correct item or refund my purchase. I bid on and won a Van Cleef and Arpels Vintage Alhambra Diamond bracelet that retails new for $32, 400 and paid them $27, 268.91. A Vintage Alhambra bracelet contains 5 motifs and each motif is. 59 inches in size and contains 2.41 carats of diamonds. There are 9 links between each of the 5 motifs. What I was sent has 5 motifs that are approximately. 3 inches with 20 + links between the motifs. The picture in the catalog was of a Vintage Alhambra diamond bracelet and was describes as such. What I was sent is clearly not what was shown or described. I presume it is fake as it does not look anything like the other Vintage Alhambra bracelets I have. They currently have several auctions being advertised now showing the exact same bracelet that I bid on and won. Who knows what they intend on sending if someone wins that auction. The fraud perpetrated on me is not a mistake because when I brought it to their attention they insist I was sent the right item when anyone could tell by looking at the two items they are nowhere close to looking like each other. ute replacement and attempted to cover it up. I have written NY Elizabeth multiple times with many photo’s attached showing what I purchased and what I relieved and that I want a refund. They blindly state what I won is what they sent. Please do not buy anything from them.

Some issues but it all worked out!
We had some issues with what appeared to be glitches in the auction. When it was all set and done everything worked out the way it was supposed to. There was other issues with billing, but it all worked out eventually. We received exactly what we purchased, and everybody was accommodating and nice.

The client received a beautiful Van Cleef watch in mint condition; we even had it serviced for her at no charge. She said she won another watch as well, but the Live Auctioneers system had a glitch. We checked and saw there was no glitch, she only had bid $2200 on a watch that had a much higher reserve, and that is the reason she didn't win the second watch. The client is delightful and is welcome to bid in our auctions in the future.
