Do not purchase anything from this auction house. I’ve bought several items from other auction houses and have never had any problems. This one misled their payment options, misrepresented the product, and misrepresented certificate of authenticity. When asked, they blamed everything on liveauctioners

I have to write this review just so some people will be aware that are unknown. I received the Chanel bag and it is a beautiful bag 100 % responsiveness to my inquiries were pretty quick and seemed fair however all of the extra fees above and beyond the purchase price was exorbitant of course there is always gonna be a hammer fee, etc. etc. but the fees we’re almost half at the actual bag price I believe they have beautiful things, but the final price is usually way above the actual value of the item just be cognizant

The leather is like butter. My wife is thrilled. Trust this seller with every word.

The length of time from payment to receiving the item.

As with all auctioneers, if you dont know them, check the Internet, State database and City to be sure the business is legit. Google their address and be sure it is just not a PO Box. Live Auctioneers is supposed to do this but some slip through the cracks.

Again, the amount of the item with all the fees charged was not worth what I got. Think twice before buying from this company.

I unfortunately had a pretty bad experience with NY Elizabeth. Two separate employees accused me in writing of deleting my information from liveacutioneers website. Cherry at liveauctioneers looked into the issue and noted I have two accounts. NY Elizabeth some how got a hold of my sister’s information and created an invoice with her name and address on it-without her consent. I am still not sure how they did this. Cherry suggested I pay through liveauctioneers so she created an invoice-this differed from NY Elizabeth. I let them know, they again accused me of deleting my information from liveauctineers-not really possible bc a credit card is on file to bid. NY Elizabeth then demanded that I pay their invoice. I asked that they correct it with the correct information-they refused stating I had to pay the invoice with the wrong information on it and then they would correct it. I still have not received the item at all.

I have bought a few items from this auction house. Their inventory is exceptional. They have the entire process, from invoicing to shipment, down to a science. It's always a pleasure doing business with NY Elizabeth!

Loved the necklace and was as describede if not better. The communication with the seller from autcion end till shipping was amazing. Definitely recommend!

NY Elizabeth purposefully defrauded me by advertising one product and then sending a totally different, worthless product. When I immediately brought this to their attention upon receiving the fake product and told them this was either a mistake or deliberate fraud they refused to send me the correct item or refund my purchase. I bid on and won a Van Cleef and Arpels Vintage Alhambra Diamond bracelet that retails new for $32, 400 and paid them $27, 268.91. A Vintage Alhambra bracelet contains 5 motifs and each motif is. 59 inches in size and contains 2.41 carats of diamonds. There are 9 links between each of the 5 motifs. What I was sent has 5 motifs that are approximately. 3 inches with 20 + links between the motifs. The picture in the catalog was of a Vintage Alhambra diamond bracelet and was describes as such. What I was sent is clearly not what was shown or described. I presume it is fake as it does not look anything like the other Vintage Alhambra bracelets I have. They currently have several auctions being advertised now showing the exact same bracelet that I bid on and won. Who knows what they intend on sending if someone wins that auction. The fraud perpetrated on me is not a mistake because when I brought it to their attention they insist I was sent the right item when anyone could tell by looking at the two items they are nowhere close to looking like each other. ute replacement and attempted to cover it up. I have written NY Elizabeth multiple times with many photo’s attached showing what I purchased and what I relieved and that I want a refund. They blindly state what I won is what they sent. Please do not buy anything from them.

We had some issues with what appeared to be glitches in the auction. When it was all set and done everything worked out the way it was supposed to. There was other issues with billing, but it all worked out eventually. We received exactly what we purchased, and everybody was accommodating and nice.

This auction house offers beautiful items at auction. I have won a few items from them and am thrilled with them. I believe an auction house should offer in house shipping, which NY Elizabeth includes with purchase The cost is reasonable. I will definitely do business with them again.

I found their payment process difficult. Also, I wish they would show jewelry worn by a person in photographs consistently as it gives a better sense of scale.

I recently purchased a bag that was described as high-quality leather with a certificate of authenticity. Upon receiving the bag, I found the leather to be of low quality, the interior was not leather, and the metal components were cheaply made. The chain links could be easily manipulated by hand, raising further doubts about its authenticity. I took the bag to Chanel, but they informed me that they do not authenticate bags as a company policy. I then consulted a niche boutique that also doubted the bag’s authenticity. I reached out to the auctioneers for details about their authentication process. They claimed that their bags undergo multiple authentication processes but refused to provide specific details or a certificate of authenticity, despite the lot description clearly stating that one would be provided. After I posted a negative review, the auctioneers contacted me multiple times in an unprofessional and intimidating manner, trying to coerce me into removing my review. They eventually offered to provide a certificate of authenticity and recommended an online expert authentication company that uses photos and AI. This company authenticated the bag as genuine, though their report only assessed the bag based on photos. Throughout this process, I informed NY Elizabeth that I would update my review if the bag was confirmed authentic. However, the number, frequency, tone, and content of their emails were highly unprofessional for a company of this caliber. I have learned a $2500 lesson: I will never purchase vintage Chanel again unless I can personally inspect it. For reference, I own 6 Chanel bags purchased over the last 15 years and multiple other designer bags. I am not an expert, but I know quality.

Be careful with this auction house. Their shipping takes a lengthy amount of time. They sent me the wrong bag and will not accept a return or issue a full refund. Beware. They believe that they can substitute the item you paid for with an older Hermes Kelly bag. My auction had a strap. The one I received doesn’t. The hardware is an entirely different color. The bag I paid 13k for was substituted with a 7k bag, I wanted desperately to work this out with them but they won’t. Their fees are very high. I’ll follow up or modify my review if able to resolve or if I end up in arbitration.

Everything was fine and went well. The 25 % fees I feel are very high and the shipping Fee was $68 and it was not even overnighted. I probably will not purchase from this option site again.

Paid a lot-far too much-for half broken bent items in crappy pouch and box. For huge costs and incredibly snail slow shipping. I will NEVER use this auction again.

The painting I purchased is nice. I'm satisfied with it. However, it was very poorly packed, especially considering it's value. Very amateurish job, and like they used packing materials they reclaimed from a dumpster. Luckily the painting and frame arrived without damage. I probably wouldn't buy from them again.

Both times I have won the item I was bidding on, I have been impressed with the professionalism and speed that this auction house has conducted itself. The items were exactly as pictured and the description 100 % accurate. I look forward to continuing to purchase items from NY Elizabeth Auction House.

I bought two watches from NY Elizabeth. I was satisfied with one of the watches but the second has an issue with the anti reflective coating, basically a blemish on the crystal. I purchased the watch on my phone and didn't see the blemish in the picture. The condition listed was "pre-owned" and the pictures (on my phone) looked great. Once I realized that it was messed up it 2as too late. I asked for the condition report post purchase (I honored my offer and paid timely even though I was bummed. They sent me a detailed condition report that highlighted the issue with the crystal. So... why not post the condition report with the listing? It would have saved me from spending $6k + on a watch that needs to get fixed. Otherwise, they were great to work with but I find it somewhat shady that they don't provide a condition report with the listing. Ultimately my fault but they could have made it easier and be more transparent... buyer beware
