Very smooth, enjoyable transaction. The print was even better in real life and John, who runs JC is a third generation auctioneer. I found him to be very personable and a straight shooter.

Very smooth transaction. Would buy from again!

On 08/29 I received the wrong item and was asked to return it. After several back-and-forth emails I did, at my own expense with an assurance the cost would be returned to me. I mailed it 09/10 and it was received by JC Auctions on 09/13. On 09/17 I asked for tracking on what I thought was the correct item. On 09/23 I was informed they were "in contact" with the person who had my item and "waiting on a respinse". At this point I asked for a full refund of $125.66. This includes payment and shipping and my expense of $19.55 to return the incorrect item. On 09/29 I emailed regarding thr status of my refund. Nothing. I have finally contacted LiveAuctioneers. No surprise, JC Auctions has not contacted them. This IS NOT how business should be conducted. The fault was totally on their end. A refund by any reputable business should have been promptly iissued. My error was trusting this this company would do the right thing.

I received my purchase in one piece. A couple of other companies I've purchased framed items from the glass has been broken. I was happy to receive this item and tossed that it was not broken

TREAT YOU DISRESPECTFULLY USING OFFENSIVE AND BAD WORDS. AGAIN, IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THE EXCESSIVE AND CHANGING SHIPPING COST WILL COST YOU MORE THAN IN ANY OTHER AUCTION. THINK IT TWICE BEFORE BIDDING.

Mail was fairly priced unlike most Live auctioneers. 7.5 % sales tax so you know.

JC Auctions operated a very efficient and no-nonsense auction service. There was no time wasted going through the items. At close, the billing is handled expeditiously. Shipping was done in house; it was quick and not overpriced.

It is a shame that they didn't test them would of saved us both time and money. All four that I bought were warped from being stored next to a heat source. I was refunded for what I paid but I am out the shipping fee.
