Fantastic Items but not the most responsive team
I absolutely love everything I’ve gotten from this auction house and intend on being a loyal customer. My only concern is their lack of responsiveness to questions. Other than that, they are top notch.

It is a shame that they didn't test them would of saved us both time and money. All four that I bought were warped from being stored next to a heat source. I was refunded for what I paid but I am out the shipping fee.

I won lot 78, "Mexican Love Goddess" at $65 plus premium (total of $78 plus shipping and insurance) on June 5, 2018 from JC Auctions. I paid them in full, then requested shipping costs. JC Auctions emailed me that they would ship it for $25.00. I remitted them $25.00 (which was deucted from my account) via Paypal (transaction ID 8VH92757YJ191054K). I afterward received an email from a shipper, Goin 'Postal, which said THEY had already shipped the item. They included a tracking number and said they had not been paid. Apparently JC Auctions took my $25 under false pretenses and did not do the shipping. I want to report JC Auctions to you for this fraudulent transaction. I have already reported then to Paypal and requested a refund. As soon as I know actual shipping costs from actual shipper, Goin' Postal, I need to pay them. I will never have anything to do with JC Auctions again. Yours truly, Martha **********
