First purchase I’ve made through Live Auctioneers and all it went well. Very good item just as it looked in the pictures. Good service from Prime Auction Gallery and the recommended shippers Post Pack and Ship, item safely delivered to me in the UK. Would use again.

Shipping took longer than expected, 3 weeks to receive the item. But overall pleased with the Pack and Ship.

Appears like securing screw is missing. Not satisfied with the money spent in securing incomplete item

Learned I will never buy from these people again. Worst experience ever with an auction house. Had more excuses then I want to recount on not getting my items in a timely manner. Took over 7 weeks and I had to do all of the leg work. Responsiveness from them was unacceptable. Took days and several phone calls to get a response. Lesson learned the hard way. As they say "buyer beware".

I bought a Meissen figure which looked great on the pictures. But when I received it, it turned out restored all over which in many parts was visible. Although I understand that I could have asked for a condition report beforehand which I didn't do, I believe that the auction house also has a resposibility versus the buyer and not only for the seller. As a consequence, I feel ripped off by the auction house and will never buy from them again. As a dealer, I will also recommend to all of my colleagues and customers to stay away from "Prime" Auction Gallery!

My advice is to stay away from this auction house. I won the bid and then was told they lost my item hmmmm?

Was originally told my bid was not highest, asking me to bid higher. I did not. Later I was sent an invoice saying I won the item. How did that happen? Looked to me like I was pushed to bid against myself. I filled out the payment form on line, and was told I would be receiving my item, over three weeks ago. Item was never received. Please get back to me about this.
