Item won, but not shipped for already a month. It looks as scam auction place

In the description, it didn't say the items were replicas. If I knew that was the case, I would have never bid on them.

This item was delivered extremely quickly and in perfect order. A very smooth transaction.

Months before receiving the parcel. It was lost with no valuable explanation. Very bad experience! Not any more. I will buy only with professionals in the future.

Was excited to receive this item from the late 1800's until I found it being sold at an online store for native American items. With a little digging it seems almost all of the native American items they sell can be bought hare at a fraction of the price, https://www.crazycrow.com/site/I would not buy anything from this house without physical proof of authenticity.

Overall positive experience but when I had a problem with the shipment (it took ages to arrive) and wrote to them asking for assistance, I did not receive a response. The item eventually arrived so all's well that ends well, but their communications could and should be better.

The auction house contacted us and corrected the situation to our complete satisfaction. Very few auctioneers will do that. We are now satisfied with our experience.

I am impressed with the way the auction is run and with how the seller handled the sale of their products.

Upon receiving the item, it was clear it was not an authentic item. I contacted the seller, and he said he would give me a refund. It took several weeks to get a refund and in the end it was not for the full amount. I would highly recommend doing a lot of research on the items you are looking to buy including looking at past auctions from this seller. I was able to find the exact item sold 5 different times as authentic. Every item is from a different era and tribe and everyone made the exact same design, pretty had to believe. I have bought another item which was supposed to be authentic native American items, which I believe is also not authentic. I saw this because I found a website that sells both the items and they can be bought at a fraction of the price I paid. When I brought this up to the seller he said that is a reproduction site. Which would mean I had two of the originals of the 30 items offered, to hard to believe.

Purchased a number of items and paid over $2, 000 the same day I received the invoice. Since then they don’t respond to my emails regarding the shipping or delivery!

Seller listed this item as an original. He had no documentation but promised to send me some with the item. He sent nothing with the item and as soon as I opened the item it was clear the seller had not fully disclosed the items condition. The item had been broken in half and glued back together which you can make out in the photos after you have it in hand. I knew the documentation was sketchy and bid anyway so that is my bad. To have not stated in the auction that the item had been broken in half and glued back together is the sellers bad. The seller did send me a guy's name that supposedly brought it back after I complained but totally blew off the fact that it was broken in half. Again, my main issue is it was broken and glued back together. Any collector knows something broken and glued affects the items value. The seller offered a refund after I complained to Live Auctioneers but getting a refund when paying with a credit card was never a concern. This guy passing off an item with undisclosed warts was my issue. I'd buy my "rare treasures" from someone else that is honest and cares about his or her reputation. Thanks, and happy collecting.
