They forgot to mail a doll head, but contacted me and made it right

Purchased items in passed auctions were shipped after several emails from my side, it took one time 2 month! Last auction July 5 I purchased 2 lots, payed through PayPal 2 days later. Until today I have tried to contact Nelson from Hidden Anteeks through email and Facebook chat, but no response and no items received yet

These people have NO communication skills!!!!!!!! I paid same day as my invoice. I waited 10 days to ask them what was going on with the shipping. They kept blowing me off and then refused to answer their phone! Very unprofessional!!!

Great prices, free shipping but auction house needs to respond to phone calls and emails so buyer knows what to expect after purchasing items.

I have not received my items. I have emailed repeatedly and have only received 1 response last week (stating my items would be shipped last week). I have asked and asked if my items went out and for tracking information with no response. They've had my $$for weeks, and if they are not shipping my items I want my $$back. They should not be allowed on your site.

I have never received anything from them though I paid on July 6th. I have called and emailed and texted, no reply! I need help!

Slow to ship itemout and still have not refunded PayPal duplicate payment I made. Will not buy from again.
