This Auction House Is Solid. No Concerns When Buying Here.
With over 600 paintings on the wall, we have gotten to know all the players within the art world, both good and bad. The 500 Gallery quietly does things right. There are no nerves involved, when dealing with these guys. I can't say more than that.

Very pleasant to deal with.
I declined shipping due to the expense and the fact that I will be heading to Canada and stopping by would not be that much of a inconvenience. The lady I spoke with was ever so nice and said there would not be a problem holding the painting. Looking forward to visiting the gallery.

Hung up the phone during the conversation
Never have i been treated this way I called a representive from the shipping department. I told him my item had been shipped to the wrong address. He apologized and the conversation was over. He then called me back to argue about the situation and hung up the phone while I was talking. I was not yelling and I thought we just had two different opinions. I would never buy anything from this auction house. Horrible customer service UNACCEPTABLE

We're glad that you received the item in good condition at your home address, which is the only address on your original invoice, which was printed immediately after the auction. Thank you for complimenting the way that the delicate item was packaged, and how it was delivered quickly. We appreciate that you took the time to reach out to us, but it is unfortunate that, when the situation was explained in our second phone call, you refused to listen, initiated an argument, and insinuated that we were lying.

Sellers who handle the shipping via a reliable shipper is a fantastic service for buyers. In this case the shipping cost, using UPS, was much lower than independent quotes from multiple shippers, additional work for buyers who must contact multiple shippers for a quote. This enhancement is a great way to run an auction business. Keep up the good work.

Excelled in ALL phases of SERVICE!!
The team responded to questions before the auction quickly and accurately. The items were even more stunning than pictured beforehand, truly stunning me. To see the extent of concern taken to package and ship those 3 pieces, i literally took 2 pictures in case they should ever need to be packed up again to show whomever what I will expect again. A wonderful experience with pieces I.. will treasure!
