I purchased a pottery vase that had some well hidden repairs, of which Amero was unaware. Amero took accountability for the problem and provided a full return of my purchase and covered shipping. A top notch operation.

Very honest and reputable

When my shipper arrived to pick up several lots I purchased, he called to tell me one of the items would not be loaded because it was sold to another person. It is listed as an item I won (and I had left an absentee bid much higher than the sale price), and I was basically told by the auction house, tough luck, mistakes happen. I will completely avoid this auction house going forward. I was pretty shocked at how flippant a response I was given.

I am delighted with my Lalique treasures from Amero. When I had an issue with shipping quote, they (Dana??) stepped in and helped to get things sorted, which I appreciated. Love the goodies and descriptions were spot-on.:)

Responsive to questions, released quickly. Local UPS store arranged the pickup, packaging, and shipping and did a great job and were reasonable (UPS Store 4074, excellent). They misidentified the piece, but I knew what it was when I bid on it. (It was listed as a Prussian Inf. Officer's sword, it was an NCO's sword).

Courteous, helpful, responsive … what more can you ask for? Would not hesitate to purchase through Amer0 Auctions. They met me on a holiday and assisted in the packing and transfer of a delicate item. Super customer service … thanks again, guys!
