There was a slight delay, but everything turned out great.
There was an unexpected delay due to some unforeseen circumstances but the Auction House did respond with an explanation and everything turned out well.

Was already sold
Won a rifle at a great price. It was auto-charged to my account. It had already been sold before auction. I “won” it on Nov 29. Today is Jan 8 and after a slew of emails and calls I have yet to get a refund. Filed for a dispute on my card today after another failed call.

Solid items!
The model train items I got were very good, and appreciated by the person I had them shipped to. I had a few minor issues with the shipping-there were some internal delays, and it took a bit of work to get the final tracking number, but overall, that was minor stuff, and I would buy from this auction house again.

19 % buyers premium, "Wow"
Live 14 miles out of town, roads were bad so stayed home and bid online, not realizing there was a difference in buyers premium from bidding in house and online auction, made some of my good deals not so good, still made out OK in the end. The buyers premium is supposed to be used to make things more comfy for the bidders in house according to the online research I did? Some auction houses do not charge a premium at all and some charge up to 20 %, I feel 19 % is to much for the area we live in, just my opinion.

Interesting items at fair prices
I still bid on Pacd + Hong items because they handle their own shipping and keep the overall price within reason.

First Tintype
I have wanted a tintype to add to my photographic collection. I was able to win the photo in this auction. Pace and Hong's auction house made payment simple. Shipping was reasonable and was my item was packaged nicely and it arrived safe. I look forward to more of Pace and Hong's auctions.

What took so long???
I bid on a pair of small pair of vases on July 12, 2020. After 2 emails (which I received generic replies to) and 2 phone calls I finally (2 1/2 weeks later) received my invoice which I paid, although I thought the shipping price was definitely inflated. There was no confirmation of receipt or notification of when it would arrive. After a week and again another phone call, my package arrived. In short, very poor customer service and communication!

Slow and unresponsive
Took ten days just to get an invoice. They didn't respond to my second and third email inquiries, so I had to sic the Live Auctioneers customer service on them, which I have never had to do for any other auction house. Very expensive in-house shipping for that part of the country. Overall: would not buy from them again.

Information you can trust
I like Pace and Hong because they depict their items well most of the time, particularly their firearms. It is important to see the photos up close that shows condition of the various portions of the firearm.
