Misleading photos
The photos of one of the vases completely avoided showing a large crack that was very clearly visible on the outside of the vase and on the inside of the vase as well. A very sloppy repair was done on it leaving a lot of glue residue on the vase. The vase was photographed from angles that hid this glaring defect. The auction house never responded to our email about this issue.

We're attempting to update the address. Birmingham, AL, United States". "04/01/2026, 10:05 A. M. Returning to Sender". It will return back to us April7. I know you feel upset with the UPS. Did you provide correct shipping address to live? No any UPS contact you about this issue? You can see all processing with the tracking #,. If you have anything need us to do after the package back, like resend it to the correct address or provide us a correct shipping label, we will arrange for you for sure. It is nothing help only file compaint without info us what is going on. You can simply send us an email: ********** or contact theliveauctioneer.com what's going on and what can we do for you. It does problem with liveshipping sometimes, so we always kindly trying to resolve all the problem.

I’m very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your recent purchase. The item is from a very knowledge antique dealer, She has it for over 20 years. Based on the visual characteristics of bottle — the pear-shaped body, hand-painted romantic scenes "Watteau scenes", and vibrant enameling — it appears to be a genuine Viennese enamel from the late 19th. C. I don't know what is mean by fake. Again I’m truly sorry that it didn't meet your expectations. If you want to send it back to us for consignment, we can list it in our future sale. It is highly sought after by collectors.

Antique chinese mace was a reproduction not antique
The antique chinese mace i bought for high amount of money was not a real antique. Its a reproduction piece that has been aged. The weight is extremely off and the wrapping looks brand new in person. Im not happy with it and theres no returns so i will take this Lost. Lesson learned.

Based on the shape and surface textureIt, we determined it is an antique pieces Qing to Republican period, and the patina show wear where it was most frequently gripped or leaned against a surface. The original wrapping on the handle is frayed and broken long time ago, the collector made the new wrapping. It is not made for ceremony purpose. Again I’m truly sorry that it didn't meet your expectations. If you want to send it back to us for consignment, we can list it in our future sale. It is a popular collection piece.

The shipping company pickup the lots items from us right after you paid. but they are not able to find out this small item. I already contact the liveauctionnees few days ago to fully issue you the refund. I feel sorry about the issue happened. and of couse you can left a bad feedback for us, but we are carrying all the lost now. If you don't received the refund you can contact the liveauctioneer next week. a refund of $311.11 for Invoice **********. The funds should be in the bidder's account within seven business days.
