Beautiful bracelet
Bracelet size needs to be noted. This was a Childs bracelet. Luckily I have a 4 year old granddaughter who can wear it

Terrible experience
I purchased a ring that was advertised as solid 14k and received a gold plated fashion jewelry piece. The additional stamp on the inside was not disclosed which proves this piece as not solid and live auctioneers are saying they cannot help me. They told me to contact the auction house which has not working phone and will not respond to emails. Live auctioneers will not help me get in touch with the auction house. I am very dissatisfied with this and seems like they are running a fraudulent company.

The bids were glitchy and I want sure if I needed to re bid. After a bout 10 minutes it said I won.
It was nerve racking and glitchy. Very fast bidding was confusing to know if I should bid again.

Very expensive shipping
I spent around $3500 in jewelry that went in one small FedEx box for shipping. It cost $528 to ship to me in Missouri. I’m sorry but that is ridiculous.

Timely responses
Pacific Auction House description of the item was exact. I replied to the email that I had won the item with a request to add shipping to my total cost. By the next day after the auction, it was ready to ship. I instructed them to add insurance and they replied that it was already insured for the winning value. Definitely will participate in future auctions through Pacific Auctuon Hoyse.

More expensive than other auction houses
The 23 percent house fee, the excessive shipping fee make this house one of the most expensive auction houses in the United States. Additionally you’re buying a pig in a poke because there are NO size references for the pieces of jewelry they represent. Something may look like it’s 1.5 inches and when it lands it’s half the size. Definitely NOT buyer friendly. It better be something you can’t live without to justify the purchase.

I have bought a few items from this auction house and it is always a pleasant experience. The items are well photographed and so you know what you are bidding on. The shipping was super quick. A great experience!

Illegally selling so called Native American pieces without out any marks or providence.
Selling Native American pieces without proper marks or documentation is illegal. The Indian Arts and Crafts Act requires that all products be marketed truthfully regarding the Native Nation citizenship of the artist. If an item is not marked with the correct marks or documentation, it is considered illegal to sell it. Auction houses and dealers have professional and ethical responsibilities to deal honestly with the public and work in good faith to only sell items that have a clean title of ownership. They may sell the piece but be clear that its not signed and they do not have proof of the maker. Some Native pieces are signed while others have nothing on the backs. In the description they tell you who the item is made by so you assume it is signed while many are not at all. The pieces not signed are questionable to say the least on whether or not they are knock offs. I was also reading reviews and the same items in question have been sold multiple times. If you don't see the signature on the backs in the images, there isn't one but they claim they know exactly who made it. They also do NOT answer emails or calls. I had a $398 purchase go missing. They NEVER responded to my many attempts to get tracking or a refund. Thankfully, Live Auctions took care of it and after a week or so got me my refund. Shipping frees and buyers fee are crazy high! There are wonderful sellers on here with low fees and free or normal priced shipping fees.

Great Auction House
I’ve bought a few things at auction over the years and have had mixed experiences with the delivery process. Pacific Auction House made it very easy for me as a buyer and they delivered a level of service that I did not expect: actually calling me to find out my preferred method of shipping! I was impressed. And the necklace is beautiful.
