Purchase experience: This company, contacted before the auction, wanted to see the auction items in advance and it was difficult to reach the phone. Information reply often does not reply, sometimes reply, but not timely. After payment, foreign buyers who go to the company's location to pick up the goods will be rejected by various excuses. Perhaps the boss, prefers to ship you, the postage earned, convenient and fast is one of the advantages. The good thing is: the packaging is more professional, which is the second advantage. I actually bought the auction label and the one without the label. Most of them felt regretful when they got it. Perhaps it is that collectors have insufficient eyesight. The lesson is: similar items are often a high imitation trap. The advantage is that there are more auctions. For label goods, there are fewer and fewer buyers participating in the auction. How can the price of label goods become lower and lower? Very strange? When you like something, you mistake it for good antiques, and the bid is generally not high, you can get it. I hope the boss, improve service awareness, integrity-based, will get better! Chinese, come on!

Cloudswood is a classy Auction house. When I emailed them that several pieces were broken off and missing from the items I bought, they offered to take them back, they are ver trerp [ sonsible and have the best interests of their customers at heart.

They dont guarantee the authenticity of the pieces. They dont guarantee the authenticity the documents of provenance. They dont Accept returns if you do scientific test and the results are fake.

for your Jewellery i am very satisfied, PayPal payment is brilliant, payment by wire transfer always have problem. Your shipping in most cases are ok, but some try to charge exorbitant charges. You should have a clearer shipping rates especially for overseas. Chinese antiques need more detailing and discriptions with confirmed period for items
