Terrific auction house

I won an item in a CGA aution. I had a few questions on payment and picking up piece. I e-mailed them at 10:00 PM, thinking I would get a reply in the morning. Instead, Lianni replied immediately!! She answered all my questions, and arranged for a mutually convenient time to pick up and pay through Zelle. Lianni made the whole experience seamless. Would highly recommend this auction house.

Excellent auction house

I went and picked up this piece personally and after I inspected the piece and checked that everything is in perfect condition they packed it perfectly for me. They have a beautiful gallery, a super calm environment, they have wonderful pieces. Customer service is super good

Good customer service and very good shipping service

This is the second porcelain box I have bought with this auction house and the experience is going to be very good again. Very good shipping, the box arrived in perfect condition. They do not send any piece without insurance and also for security they also send it with a signature required to receive it.
