Very happy with my first purchase from this auction house. Pictures were very good and accurate.

Absolutely love this auction house. Just wonderful items. My only complaint is that the charge for shipping is exorbitant. This is not a criticism of the shipping company employees, who were great and delivered my pieces in excellent condition. This is a complaint that the cost to ship is way, way to high.

These are very nice folks! Although they are in a rather inconspicuous area of downtown LA, they do have some parking on the sidestreet and a little room out front on the curb. Easy to find, red brick building. The few times I called, phones were answered fast, and professionally. And, helpfully. Their facility is sparkling clean, and have a large showroom for previewing laid out beautifully and well lit. Everything is VERY clean, no dust and certainly everything arranged logically, beautifully. The one thing I have to point out if if you pick up your items personally, bring packing materials! Bring your box (es) and bubble wrap or paper as there is none to spare here. I realize other auction houses do provide newsprint type paper, sometimes even boxes or some scraps of their bubble wrap, but this one does not, so be prepared!! Review what you bought so you know what you need.:) The items I retrieved were photographed well, described well, and we are very happy with them! We will buy here again!

Andrew Jones remains my favorite auction house on the west coast. Terrific inventory, phenomenal staff, easy communication. Too bad most other sites don’t take a cue from Andrew Jones. Nothing to disappoint, this is cr è me de la cr è me
