Signari took care of every Issue I had within 24 hrs with no excuses.

Apparently there is a problem with Live Auctioneers notifying Auction Houses when you pay on Live Auctioneers. My package was delayed because they didn't know I had paid. I will try to pay all Houses from now on directly. Thanks Signari!

Cool items Very cool items and I was refunded $30 for a mistake they made on the shipping fee. I'm very happy with the Signari auction and the entire process.

I got some watches and all of them are really nice. We had a bit of an issue with shipping where I was travelling across the country and trying to get the package to where I was staying before I moved on again. They were able to redirect the package and get it to me. Really awesome! True professionals!

Signari Gallery has a great collection of Contemporary, Pop, Rock n 'Roll and Street art. I love all the pieces I bought from them. All purchases arrived quickly and safely, and each piece is accompanied with a Signari COA as well as original artist/gallery COAs.

Overall, I am happy with this gallery and their auctions. I have purchased a number of items and was satisfied. Auctions were well run, payment was easy, items were as described and shipping was reasonably fast. However, while bidding on an item I was interested in, they pulled it in the middle of a recent auction. I was the high bidder and it was explained the item was no longer available. Despite my disappointment, I understood. Since others expressed their displeasure with the item being pulled, the gallery had the artist create another piece. This time they decided to do a 48 hour e-mail auction for the one piece. While I thought e-mail was not an ideal option for an auction, I participated because I wanted the piece. I made an initial bid and never heard anything about the auction again. When I asked, I was told the auction was over and the piece was sold. Why have an auction via e-mail? Why have an auction and not send updates as to the status? I don't know but it did not leave a favorable impression. Therefore my rating is 4 stars.
