I was frustrated with the shipping choice for my item ($200 for an approximate 15lb item that cost $180 in auction). However, the seller was amazing at working with me for an alternative. I have extended family in the area and they were able to meet Mike and pick up my item. I was very appreciative of his willingness to make the pick up work after business hours to save me the shipping cost!!
