Dear Morgan-Can you please clarify which email you are alleging you did not receive a reply to you? As far as I can see, my colleague Joe responded promptly to the message which you sent on Liveauctioneers, and sent you your invoice, which had already been sent on the 10th December. I can see that you have not yet received a reply to the two consecutive emails which you sent at 11:55pm and 11:56pm EST on 24 December. These will be replied to when our office reopens in January, however I can confirm in the mean time that we are unable to accept payment via Paypal. My team will be very happy to assist you on January 2nd. Moreover, may I please suggest that leaving a 1 * review on Christmas Eve (EST)/Christmas Day (GMT), is not the sort of behaviour which will engender you kindly with the owner of a small business. Sitting and writing this response is not how I wished to spend my Christmas afternoon. I sincerely hope that if you run your own business, your customers do not behave in the same way towards you. I just cannot fathom why you would do this, when to the best of my knowledge, I can see that we have responded to the only communication we received from you, yet you did not respond to the twice we sent you an invoice, the one message we sent you on liveauctioneers, and the invoice reminder we emailed you. Very unprofessional
I've recently won an item and been patiently waiting for the invoice, received nothing, I've informed the aftersales team that I'm waiting for the invoice 3 weeks later, only to be surprised that they claim they've sent the invoice only 3 days after the sale, yet I have not received any messages or emails, I called numerous times with no answer, emailed them to resolve the issue that I will travel to the UK and meet in person to receive the watch I've won, no answer, also surprised that I've been disputed for no reason. No invoice was received from my side neither in spam or junk folders. I've been emailing and calling for over 4 days now, no assistance or help whatsoever, very unprofessional. Even the dispute was set on the 6th of Nov when my deadline was on the 9th of Nov. They clearly did not want to sell the watch for such a price.

Don’t trust them!!! Item was not real gold
I won’t 3 items. 2 were okay, one was not even gold although it was listed as such. Their policy states they will take a return if a mistake. I sent the item back and never received a refund. It’s been 4 months. I contacted live auctioneers and they are involved but I’m doubtful it will matter. If you can’t trust your getting what they say you can’t make an accurate bid. Then just lying about my refund makes it so much worse. No one ever contacted me with any update but I have contacted them at least 10 Times and they always say yes we will check with the accounting department and get back to you. But no one ever has.

Gorgeous Bracelet/slightly challenging payment process
The item is absolutely stunning and I’m thrilled with it. The payment process involved having to go to my bank to request a bank transfer (which was less gorgeous. I had thought I could issue a payment through the auction platform — this is incorrect.) However, the Elmwood’s staff was courteous and responsive. Given the quality of the items offered, I could see participating in future auctions. I will be more mindful of budgeting time to settle up.

A rare treasurer acquired
Well, I had a great deal of competition having to go well over estimate, I was thrilled to acquire the special earrings of garnet and gold. Payment was in pounds which required a trip to my bank for payment as opposed to the easier credit card payment for which they would levy an additional percentage. Thus, I would really want to acquire some thing that would make me have to pay for something in pounds. It would have to be very special like these earrings were.
