As advertised. Very pleased.
Bid and won 3 items, which seller was good communicator and shipped the items promptly. I was impressed how fast the items arrived given they were shipped half way around the globes. Rocks are very beautiful and were well described and pictured.

Not quality
The process of bidding at the auction was fine, however the item was non operational. I recieved my watch and when I went to change the time the crown came off. Although the watch looks fine it doesn't keep time, very disappointed. I wouldn't buy another item based on the quality of this one.

Ripoff... paid but never received my items
I bid, I won, I paid... NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM! Had to make a fraud charge and cancel payment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

What a nice company
Initially, I did not receive the items. It seems that they arrived in this country and were then passed off to UPS. UPS lost them. The original shipping company did not have the tracking number for UPS. I had to contact Rocks Auction directly to have the items replaced. This time, the package took about a week to arrive. The two necklaces are beautiful!! Each is different which was a wonderful surprise. I am very happy.
