Great experience with good communication from the auction house. The UPS store that I used was also great about communicating with me by email and phone.

The chair is as described and as the picture showed me. I picked up the chair myself and took a nice drive into Amish country where their location is. The building was easy to find and I was able to take care of the pick up pretty quickly, I was there no more than 10 minutes. I recommend Strawser Auction Group. The process was seamless and easy.

Once again, Strawser auctions and PakMail provided a terrific auction experience. Piece arrived in good time and was beautifully packed. Their service and responsiveness is why I keep going back.
