Brothers Will and Graydon Sikes run a solid business built on their knowledge and exertise as seasoned full service autioneers. Caza Sikes was new to me, it was Peter Combs who talked them up and as a result, I bought my first item from their aution house. I had concerns about an unexpected shipping deadline that arose. They put a great deal of effort in ensuring that I would get my package in time, in fact, every day they monitored the tracking until I recieved my item and the day it arrived, they contacted me to be sure. The inhouse packing is well done and shipping fees are extremely resonable by today's standards. The auction gallery started off as complete strangers and by the time the delivery itself arrived, I came away feeling like Will and Graydon were more like trusted friends than just another online seller. In a world of impersonal larger auction houses, Caza Sikes is breath of fresh air, you see, relationships really do matter! The brothers and their supporting staff are top notch! I plan to buy from Caza Sikes again...

The auction and payment process went well. I have had many items shipped from auction houses, but I have never paid as much as with this auction. My 50.00 item ended up costing 112.00 total, with shipping, buyers premium and taxes. Had I known, I would not have bid on this item, nor will I bid on items from this seller in the future. Lesson learned!

The auctioneer has a very smooth online payment process and provided a quick turnaround with shipping. I did find shipping/handling to be fairly expensive for my purchase being such a small item with a low insurance value, so best to ask for a quote in advance. That said, everything was very convenient and I didn't have to pick up the phone to pay or request shipping, which was nice.
