I just received my items and they are perfect. I got a couple old Strauss tin toys and they’re in amazing shape. I deal with a lot of auction houses and frankly, I put this one at the top of the list. They answered promptly a question I had while bidding, the shipping was timely, and the items were well packed. I bid on two items being sold by Cambridge Auctions. In both cases, I won them quite a bit below my bid. With some other auction houses, somehow the bidding always starts at exactly my high bid. So was very pleased. Packaging and shipping was stellar. Overall, I was very happy with the transaction and look forward to bidding with them again. Five Star Company!

It is rare, unfortunately, that an auction house assists with shipping of "items won," or does not charge an arm and a leg for such a privilege. Cambridge Auctions arranged the shipment for us, all with a click of a button, and charged us EXACTLY WHAT THEY PAID THE USPS. AMAZING! Every other auction house seems to make the process complicated and most costly. We need to contact outside vendors, they give us rates that are all over the place, and often so expensive that we regret participating in the first place. At times, we prefer not to bid because we know not what the final penalty (shipping charge) might be. All based on plenty of experience. And here, at minimum cost, putting the customer first, we experienced efficient execution to the customer's door. No favors. Just matter of course. Apparently, here is one auction house that realizes that they make their money on the auction, not later by hyper-or super-charging the customer! Thank you Cambridge Auctions for making the obvious a reality; for making the process so very easy for us. A joy!
