First let me say Deborah at C Biddle is simply the best. Great auction house. On the flip side the UPS store 4207 in Oakland Park is a disgrace. They never ever called me back after multiple calls and emails for them to pickup my items. Deborah took matters in to her hands and shipped by books for me. Save yourself a headache and use Pakmail down there.

Would buy again.

I just found this website. It’s fun to place a bid and once the auction ends you find out you won a bid. Make sure you read the information on items. I bid on an item in Florida and I live on the West coast. Shipping is a bit expensive.

Just received my beautiful Herend porcelain statue using Live Auctioneers shipping method.. I am amazed on how beautiful the handpainted colors are and super pleased when I received.. Pictures do not do this piece justice.. I used the Live Auctioneers shipping method-timeline did take a long time to receive when the auction was on January 31 and finally received on February 26 BUT after the care that was given in packaging and double boxing, will certainly use this company again knowing that it might take some time but certainly worth it price wise and knowing that whatever I buy will be packaged safely and with care.. THANK YOU to both!!...

Always a Pleasure

I won several lots of books on one of their recent auctions. I sent them an email asking a question about shipping late in the evening and received a response within an hour or so. The book sets that I bought had been listed as not being able to be shipped by the auctioneer and the total shipping estimated by Live Auctioneers was over $300. The auctioneer contacted me and told me that they could in fact ship the books in house for $200 which saved me at least $100. This was going beyond what they had to do. Every communication I sent was met with a prompt courteous response. The books that I bought were delivered promptly, were well packed and were in exactly the description listed in the auction. I would not hesitate to buy from this auction house in the future.
