I believe that because I got it for a low price, which can happen when you put something at auction. Very difficult and shady dealer. Horrible to deal with.

Baltic Auction House is a fake auction, after they receive your money for the items that you won, they no longer shipping them to you and no answering to the emails either. This is my situation with them after i paid them for 3 gold coins that i won those guys no longer bother themselves with shipping to me my acquisition. After two months of shipping period terms they said that seller didn’t send to them the items. I was lucky that my second participation in this fake auction was right away after two months of waiting for the first acquisition, and I decided to not send money again to them until I receive my first acquisition. Now those guys no longer respond to the emails. Be aware, don’t send your money to this thieves. It’s not worth it, you will receive in return allot of negative experience.

Five months ago i purchased 3 gold coins on Auction organized by Baltic Auction House, and immediately i made money transfer to them 3650 . To this time they Baltic Auction House didn’t shipped to me my items and no longer answering to my emails to them. If you planing to loose your money and be involved in a fraud the Baltic Auction House is the right place for you.

I have to admit I was concerned about this auction house because of the length of time it took to recieve my coin. Having said that, I did receive my 1st coin in the 8th week (they say it will be 4-8 weeks on delivery). All things considered, they delivered my coin in 8 weeks and I got a very good price, overall I would have to say its been a good experience. I know there's a lot of negative feedback about this auction company and some of the complaints have merit because I experienced them first hand but overall, I did receive the coin I purchased which was shipped on the 8th week (not great but expected) and at an excellent price.

Baltic States 4-8 weeks shipping time on items purchased. I received my item on the 8 week. I had 3 email conversation with Baltic. They were very professional in all responses. I will purchase from this auction house again. DB

I purchased 2 items. Both 1 oz gold items. $1800.00. Been 12 weeks. No shipments no refunds. At some point this place needs help accountable for all the nonsense we have experienced.

I first did not want to raise this review as I have my money back. However if you think you will buy a watch through an auction with BAS, read this first: In August I won the auction of a Rolex, I payed by bank transfer within 48 hours. Described in the T & C of Baltic Auction House (BAS) maintains a 6 to 8 week dispatching period which starts after payment. Which after asking if they could do something about it they promised 4 to 6 weeks, but don't get your hopes up. Good to know that BAS acts as middle man between seller and buyer. After 5, 6, 7, 8 weeks I repeatedly tried to contact BAS but, they assured me that it all was ok (1 time), or not replied. So I knew something was wrong. After 9 weeks I emailed them again with an ultimatum, stating that if they did not reply within one day I would involve Live Auctioneers and we would settle it that way, I received a reply within half an hour. Stating that "We have some delays from seller side. Maybe, it would be better, if send you full refund, with bank transaction fees, so we could just close this deal. Thank you for your patience" (thank you for your patience????) what? My patience, I trusted BAS, and the T & C of BAS with $900 for over 9 weeks for nothing. In the end I chose to have my money returned, this as I read other reviews about this auction house and saw that some of the reviews did not get their money returned. Either way, choose to buy a cheap watch through BAS, you may be lucky to receive one, however I advice you to not buy through Baltic Auction House, only if you like to have your money stored with a Baltic company for a while. Terrible to do business with, very unprofessional and problematic staging times. After 4 months I never received these items. Finally got a refund after contacting them over 30 times. STAY AWAY FROM BALTIC AUCTION HOUSE.

This is by far the worst auction house I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I won multiple auctions from this company and wired several thousand dollars to them. I had to contact them 35 times and after 4 months of back and forth I only received 3 of the 7 items I paid for. They refunded my money after I finally had it with their lies and misstatements. Read all ths other poor 1 star ratings, they speak for themself. I have won over 100 auctions in the past 6 months and I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional company. BUYERS BE WARNED, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Item shipped almost two months after payment. This was in excess of the published time. However, I was very satisfied with the item when it finally arrived.

I purchased a gold coin in an auction on June 8. I was informed that my item would ship in 4-8 weeks. I contacted them in mid July and was told that it hadn't been shipped yet. I contacted them again on Aug. 7 and was told that it hadn't been 8 weeks yet, it would ship the next week. No notice again in a week, contacted them again and they told me it may have been lost in transit to the shipper. Told me if it hadn't been shipped in another week, they would issue a refund. Refund issued a week later. We're talking about a $900 coin here. What a waste of time.

After asking many times for help with a won auction, i was given the minimal amount of feedback which generally took days to receive. after about two weeks of trying to pay for my item and find out about shipping I was given a PayPal email to use which i did. I paid the suspicious person who's account was a personal name and not the auction companies and was waiting for my item. within about a week i received a refund of payment and no reasoning from the dealer. very sad and frustrating as i was excited to receive my item. I did everything within the guidelines and feel that this auction house should be penalized as we buyers are if we do not follow through with live auctioneer rules. I am sure he refunded my monies because he knew I would be filing an refund complaint when my item did not arrive ANYWAYS. Be VERY careful dealing with them as they want wire transfers to new york addresses that my BANK could not even source. meanwhile the auction house is supposedly in Estonia. buyer beware......

I bought two items from the Auction House, sent them a payment (wire transfer) the next day after I got the invoice. Now It’s almost third week has passed by, but I have no proper response from the auctioneer and nobody answering the phone. Looks like a clear fraud to me. Don’t buy from this auctioneer. Please help me to get my money back and block this Auction House from doing business on your platform. There may be other victims of their fraud.

Did not bid on this item. I use auction houses a lot and never has this happens to me.
