Have contacted this auction house numerous times without any response, item was purchased and paid for in early May, have yet to receive the item.

No delivery or contact-beware.
Auction house called immediately for payment, received it, but has not responded to any requests for tracking or status update since-have have 9 attempts to contact over the last month and no responses or updates. Fortunately, I have contacts in the AG in Cali and I live in Texas. This is federal. I have given them fair notice on my intent and they still avoid/ignore my attempts to resolve this. I will update in a week regardless of results.

Dypto Auction House is the single worst Auction House I have ever dealt with! I still have yet to receive a call back or my product after over 40 emails and 20 phone calls and 3 weeks of continuous contact! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AUCTION HOUSE...

Won't be back.
Was told I was high bidder at 350. Was billed for $925.. Asked questions and never heard from them again. Visa returned my money.

Spent over $10, 000 and no items received
Never received items and now I have to file a dispute with American Express. Live auctioneers and the Laguna auction house have been no help. I'm out over 10, 000 us dollars and no one seems to care.

Scam
I purchased Chanel bag, received invoice next day after I made payment never heard from them. Emailed them and no response NEVER Got My Item. Called many times and after minutes it goes to live a message-left message nobody called me back. I called my credit card to report the problem. People stay away. Scam

I am extremely dissatisfied with DYPTO, so much so I will not be returning to Live Auction
I think it is a fraud to take someone's money and not send the merchandise until twenty one day after the sale!
