They never shipped my item
I was disappointed that Rubie's Gallery has misplaced my winning bid item, however Aron and Rubie's has acted honorably and with integrity by quickly refunding my bid. Honor and integrity are not easy to come by, and they do not go unnoticed by me. I'd like to reward these important values by removing my initial negative rating. I would proudly bid on future auctions by Rubie's Gallery.

I have never received my item. If I had to rate them it would be very poor.
I should not have to contact them. They should let me know when they shipped my item. I never got such a notice.

Easy, smooth transaction
The auction bidding, payment, and shipping process were easy to use and the pendant arrived well-packages and on-time. Already received several compliments on the pendant!
