Very pleased with the customer service experience. This was an absolutely no drama experience. The items are just as described, and in great condition. Absolutely love the dinnerware! Everything was well packed. Would definitely recommend!

made arrangements to pay auction house privately after auction. did so and awaited item. they did not mark it as paid on the website, so then LiveAuctioneers charged me again! had to get it reversed. not great. item is lovely though.

Accurate description and awesome packing!
My item was exactly as described, and from the picture, what I was expecting and then some. Great quality. The shipping was quick and Casco had contracted UPS to pack and ship, which was done extremely well and protectively-more than I expected. Very happy and satisfied!

Casco Bay has been great with communication as well as shipping! Prices of shipping are great compared to the other shipping firms. I always try to see what Casco Bay offers in their auctions.

Relatively short period from auction's end to shipping the item. Professional in-house packing and shipping and a much better deal than the typical UPS Store fees.

Disappointed – Inaccurate Condition Reports and No Response
Two of the items I won had significantly inaccurate condition descriptions. At Apr 12, 2025 Lot 0159 LARGE CHINESE ROSE MEDALLION BOWL. was described as being in very good condition, but it was actually damaged and had been repaired — something that should have been clearly disclosed. I reached out to the auction house for clarification, but received no reply. I ended up wasting several hundred dollars on misrepresented pieces. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.
