Misrepresented a pen-knife in the lot as "POCKET KNIFE 14K AND STAINLESS STEEL" when it was, in fact, merely 14k gold fill and stainless. Became indignant and refused to take any accountability when questioned about the accuracy of their cataloging.

Only bid on and won one item. Accurately described, great communication, easy payment process.

Boxes of fragile laserdiscs were double boxed and insulated properly to avoid impact damage and exposure to our unforgiving Texas heat, this collection arrived in mint condition and I couldn't be more pleased!

There are two 5 inch patch/repair on the back of the head and 2 inch hole on the base that were not described. Pictures about those defects/repair were conveniently missing. Immediately contacted the auction house but the auction house had no intention whatsoever to resolve the dispute and completely faulted me for not being able to inspect the item before/before the auction. How can an unsuspecting online bidder protects himself/herself against such predatory behavior? Be cautious when you bid anything from them
