If questions arise, unable to reach by phone, email
Unresponsive to emails, tried phoning too many times with no ability to get through. Art LaRosa does not use Liveauctioneers payment system. Problems exist therein. A 1 kg World Ease Document box was $74.00 from Catania Sicily to US. which included a PayPal surcharge. I emailed the shipper asking for tracking, confirm destination address, when it would ship etc. with no reply. I was shocked it showed up in great condition and as described. Thank you

Dear customer, We are saddened to hear about your experience with your purchase. It is to be noted, though, that you have tried to reach us in late December, in particular on days that are considered bank holidays here in Italy. We provide quick, constant Customer Support Monday through Saturday. That is, unless we are not physically at work during Christmas time. As far as shipping is concerned, the cost is calculated in relation to volume, not weight. In this case, the lot was light yet particularly voluminous-which increased the cost of the estamation you had actually accepted. That's standard practice with most shipping carriers. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to make it up to you in the future.

kind and efficient
Lots were perfectly described. Packaging and shipping were optimal also if shipping expenses were too high due to the distance. Personnel of the action house has been very very kind and delay in consigning my item was due exclusively to Covid

I won this lot, when I contacted the auction house the same told me that by mistake it had been sold due to an error to another customer! I would say bad experience!!!
