This auction house is terrific. They answer the phone, don't have a lot of add on charges, are very cooperative and most of all they do what they say they will. You will be happy to do business with them.

Nothing wrong with the item purchased, and the process from payment to pick-up went smoothly, but HOLY COW, the fees were shocking (in addition to tax). I would have never placed the bid, honestly. Spent more than I wanted after the final cost for just a single framed print. My partner spent over $100 in fees. Think I’ll stick to in-person estate sales. Wonderful items at auction, nonetheless.

Merchandise was packed correctly, no damage whatsoever, I'm glad to see someone cares enough to do a great job!!!

Neil's Auctions provided a flexibility that was unlike others I've experienced elsewhere... and me being new to the Auction purchases and living in Chicago... it was a seamless transaction through and through; especially the communication and flexibility with my schedule. I was ever so happy to drive the long journey and pick up my pieces... it gave me time to dream up where they'll be placed and cherished for years and years to come.
