Poor communication
I paid Aug 14 and then got my shipping invoice aug 18 no further communication on status until the items were delivered on Aug 31. No tracking number was provided in advance or shipping status. The whole process felt disjointed

Professional shipping unfortunately takes time and is out of our hands... You got your items safe and sound? We were in contact and answered every e-mail you sent, as well as provided you with information as we got it from the third-party shipper, which, due to the current State of Affairs, COVID-19 is inundated on all fronts. Maybe the tracking went into spam? Sorry you feel disjointed. It won't happen again.

Positive experience
Had a positive experience with this auction house, and would bid with them again in the future. Item was in very good condition as described. In house shipping was pricey but the packaging was excellent for a fragile glass item and the item arrived promptly.

Great Art Item, and PremiumSold was VERY Helpful
I won a large framed art piece. The price was great! I contacted PermiumSold re how I might ship it, and they contacted a shipper for me and invoiced me for the shipping cost. Wow! Easy. The only thing to note is that the shipping cost for this item was more than I had paid for similar sized art, in the past. Approximately 20 % more, so not too bad. All-in-all, a great experience.

Inquired about shipping the morning after the auction, and PremiumSold Auctioneers responded almost immediately. The cost of shipping, with insurance, was very reasonable. Really Great Auction Experience!

It appeared in excellent cosmetic condition. It was upwards of 70 years old and sold strictly as-is, as-shown, untested and un-played-as clearly stated. Sometimes venue, expectations and assumptions get the best of new auction bidders. With minor mechanical maintenance, professional going-through and some repair work considering the age, this antique is still an excellent find/buy.
