These items were shipped from China, and they are fake Zitan. They really did a good job fake it, with all the paint and pictures that make it look like Zitan. Strong chemical smell when the box was arrived and opened. I really cut through multiple places to make sure my description is correct. And it was never explained anywhere that the items were shipped from China, and this auction house also collected sales tax for out of state sales. Be aware, avoid if you can.

This auction house says they are based in New York and charge sales tax for sales out of state which is outside of tax codes. They charge out of country fees for Paypal service in addition to payment fees and $350 shipping fee. Did not receive vases that were pictured. I believe that is called bait-and-switch. They answer email with nonsense answers. Example; I asked what fees were paypal charging,, they answer the dollar amount. I ask again; why so high, they do not answer. I send them US Tax Code regarding charging sales tax for out of state buyers, no answer. Issues ongoing with Liveauctioneers.

Arrived in one piece and decent amount of time. This dealer always has great items. I have loved everything I got!

This bracelet is dyed, not natural stone at all, not even to mention "a Qing bracelet". be aware!

The pieces I purchased took almost a month — after payment in full — to arrive and when they did, the box was covered in stickers straight from China and when I saw the “jewelry” I almost laughed aloud at how cheap and plastic it was. It was NOTHING like the photographs and was wrapped in cheap plastic China bags like it was a prize in a 5cent gumball machine. Very false description of product and also shipping procedure. Warning. This is a scam auction in my experience for sure. Absolutely horrible.
