took 6 wks to get item weighing 1 oz silver coin. shipping was just a rip off. item packed in a flimsy thin re used cardboard box. expected more that's all. All these auctions houses want super quick payment or else they will jam your card on file. What place stores a cc and uses it at their leisure. Well how about super quick shipping?

In the illustration of the lot it clearly shows 16 silver coins being offered for sale and I was expecting to receive 16 coins. The single coin received I have examined closely. It is NOT one of the coins illustrated in the listing-it is of considerably less in size, condition and strike and the photos show it to be a different piece. The coins illustrated are described as Very FIne to Extremely Fine. My coin I would describe as only Good Fine and made on a small module flan. The auction describe the sizes of these Drachms as 16 mms and my coin is only 12 mms. The coin was returned by signed for mail and received 3 weeks ago. There has been no response from the auction House and no hint of a refund. I have also complained through Live Auctioneers who, so far, are not helping me. I need to have a refund and cancel this sale. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

The other two were a full size larger than described in the listing. They must just copy/paste from listing to listing because measurements were incorrect two different listings. I have purchased Hermes bracelets through several other Live Auctioneers sellers with no issue, or if there was an issue, there was a prompt reply. This dealer has ignored a dozen emails since January and so has Live Auctioneers customer support. I am a reseller who has purchased tens of thousands of items online over 20 years and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You are much safer on Ebay than Live Auctioneers as they offer a 100 % money back guarantee. Fair warning!

If I could give them a zero, I would. Firstly, they completely misrepresented their product. They claimed on the listing that the handbag was "in excellent condition." When I finally received the bag nearly 6 weeks later, there was no protection whatsoever in the box, only a cloth "Ebay" bag was covering the $4, 000 handbag. The top of the bag was covered in dents and indentations, and the hardware was scratched and damaged. I attempted to contact them about this and other issues, but the wrong number was listed on their invoice AND Live Auctioneers even had the wrong number on file for them. After attempting to contact them for weeks and weeks through the Live Auctioneers website-with NO RESPONSE-Live Auctioneers had to track them down for me. As if this wasn't enough, when I finally made contact with them, they were unprofessional, dismissive, and down-right rude. As I mentioned, it took nearly 6 weeks to receive the item, AND they charged me $250 to ship it less than 20 miles. I'm in the same state and county, in an adjacent city to them, and they still charged me $250 to ship the item, and never disclosed this until AFTER they charged my credit card after the fact. So, I'm left with a damaged handbag I paid nearly $5, 000 for with their BP and shipping, and I'd be lucky to sell it for 1/2 that. Now for the insult to injury-I also found out they had the exact same handbag listed on Ebay for a fraction of what they listed the value to be on Live Auctioneers, so I would've saved thousands had I just purchased it on Ebay from the start! This auction house is horrible on every level-you have been warned-I hope you never have to experience even a fraction of what I had to go through with these crooks!

Watch was listed as NEW and they sent me a totally different USED watch with a different box, band and case. The casing number on the watch wasn't even the same as the one in the listing and it was dull and worn and scratched with tearing to the strap. Also you can't call the auction house as the number they have listed says don't leave a message we don't monitor this mailbox use email and go through LA. I had to dispute the transaction as fraud through Amex to get my money back and waiting for them to issue a call tag so I can return the watch. Oh yeah and it took 7 weeks for them to get it to me because it had to be "authenticated". LOL can't make this stuff up. Also I am very disappointed in Live Auctioneers as their customer service on this has been non existent and they have basically made no effort to help either I will be switching platforms for sure.

First of all I asked if the London Blue Topaz ring had undergone heat treatment. I was told not, but I strongly suspect the stone was heat treated. Then, immediately after the auction closed Live Auctioneers dunned me for immediate payment. I paid quickly. Live Auctioneers has taken an unnecessary amount of time to ship. I paid in March, and still do not have my ring.

I was also disappointed that local pickup was not offered and shipping cost was more than twice the cost of the item, when it traveled less than 15 miles. Overall, I do like the item but I do not believe I would have made this purchase had I know the actual size and that there was no local pickup available.

If I could leave a negative zero rating I would. We purchased a ring for my son and his wife's wedding ceremony. After waiting for more than a week for a notice suggesting shipping info, we decided to contact them for an update. When we contacted Pacific Global to find out when we would be receiving the ring, a few days later they informed us of the amount of time it would take for them to ship it. Realizing that it wouldn't arrive in time for my son'sceremony, we requested to cancel the order. They never responded. We requested on numerous occasions to cancel the order to no avail. My son subsequently purchased another ring for his wife, had their ceremony and moved to China. I explained this in numerous emails to Pacific Global, again no response. We then received a message from FedEx with shipping info. The message suggested that the package was still with the sender, but a label had been created. We again sent multiple messages to Pacific Global requesting that they don't send the packgage because we no longer needed it and we had requested on numerous occasions to cancel the order. They ignored our request, sent the ring, and finally resonded, after sending the ring, for us to take up our grievances with Live Auctioneers. We are still waiting for a response from Live Auctioneers because Pacific Global has ignored all of our follow up messages. This ordeal has turned out to be a nightmare. I am extremely disappointed with their company and their obvious dishonest practices. I will give Pacific Global and Live Auctioneers a few more days before I take legal actions. Unfortunately, I am battling serious health issues and I can't afford such a financial loss.

Whoever runs this site zooms in so close on the jewelry when taking photos, but doesn’t inform you of that, so the jewelry appears to be totally different than what you really receive. Totally disappointed

The item was not as advertised. It it a tiny coin wallet, not a bag. Very disappointed to pay that much money for a coin purse.

Bought a pair of Louboutin in mid December and still haven't heard back from this auctioneer 2 months later. Only sends out automated messages with no actual informations. Feels like I got scammed!

I paid for and never received my 1 kilo of silver. I sent a photo of what I did receive in my mailbox of some coins probably worth about 30 to 50.00max. I contacted the auction house. They never took care of my issue. Be diligent in dealing with this company.

Paid invoice 3 weeks ago. I've recieved nothing in mail, no emails about shipping nothing. I messaged them on here and got no answer. I'll give it another week then if still no answer to my messages and still no coin in mail going to have to contact bank.

Payment was made two months ago and item never sent. All my emails requesting status are responded with generic emails stating the same thing over and over. This has been the worst auction experience. I cannot recommend this company. If you lost my item, just let me know what is going on.

It take for ever for these to send u your coins for ever 1 month or so but payment had to be made in 2 in 2 in 2 days garbage

The description was misleading, depicting the item as a full lot of coins as pictured rather than a single item picked at random from the pictured lot. Neither Pacific Global Auction nor LiveAuctioneers was any help after the single coin arrived.

A different watch than the one I purchased was delivered... Regarding this matter, I sent a message regarding the return procedure, but I have not heard back. very malicious

The biggest problem is there is only a generic answer to a message sent. That the item is in their Que, wtf does that mean? They happily took my money, but I still do not have my watch. Not my fault that they held so many Auctions at one time that they cannot ship items as promised. Filing a complaint with Consumer protection agency.
