Lovely pin arrived today securely packaged. It is the only piece that was missing from my collectiion. The gold plating is magnificent & everything else is an easy fix/restoration.

Being a novice to the whole on-line auction experience I was most impressed by how navigable the site proved to be and when I contacted the auction house with a query regarding delivery, I was also impressed by the prompt and courteous and informative reply. The delivery of my artwork followed quite rapidly after that and the safe and sensitive packaging ensured my piece arrived in pristine condition. I would rate my entire experience exceptional, so much so that I recently successfully bid on another piece and thus now eagerly await its arrival. Great experience with Leffler's Antiques. I asked them to change the shipping company to USPS because it is the most dependable in the area I live and they changed it, sent me tracking number, and I received my package in 2 days safe & sound. The little ladies pocket watch was packaged very well. i was delighted to receive my little treasure!
