The absolute worst experience
Not with Vogt Auctions. They have been great. I give them 5 stars. It is with Live Auctioneers. I won my item on Memorial Day, and as of 7/9/26, I am still waiting on delivery. The shipping company for LA is as horrible as the support group when you call. I'm done with Live Auctioneers and would recommend the same for others. I will deal directly with the auction houses moving forward. BTW, I only gave a one-star rating because I couldn't rate LA zero or lower.

Great people to do business with.
Very helpful. Called to tell them I would pickup and pay in a week and they approved quickly. Great experience.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO DATE.
Even though the invoice states (after numerous attempts to have the auction house send revised invoices to me) that the shipping quoted to me was paid, has refused so far to ship my won items.

No shipping no contact from them
Sent them emails, messages though the LiveAuctioneers page and their website. They never responded. Not a single answer. I never got my article and lost my money.

Terrible Packing Job, Destroyed Item
The product was packaged so poorly that it was severely damaged in transit, likely beyond repair. I reached out to Live Auctioneers with no response for over a month

Worst auction experience ever
Would give less than one star if it were possible. Auction won on 10/22/25, received my lot on 12/13/25! Couldn't choose shipping by auctioneer on payment, took a considerable time to get that done by phone calls and emails; then so many difficulties with the shipper called Packangers with delays and issues and no updates on tracking. This lot was ammo and they packed it like it was breakable china. The cost of this shipping was higher than larger, heavier and more fragile items I've purchased and/or won in other auctions in my life. I feel like this auctioneer wants to do everything their own way instead of the way it is done on LiveAuctioneers. The shipper's main office is in France! Why?

Super auction house! Everything went well without a hitch. 5 stars all the way!
The excellent team at Vogt was very helpful. Their description and photos were excellent. In response my query about a possible signature, they sent 2 additional photos with info on the artist and updated the catalog description accordingly. As often happens, this piece looks even better in person. I prefer to use local shippers for pottery, and Vogt staff helped me find the right one. Kudos also to the crew at San Antonio PakMail for their superb packing and shipping of this particularly fragile piece of pottery. Every contact here was pleasant, efficient, and professional, from beginning to end.

Professional Auction House-
I received this Awesome old timer in Excellent Condition. VOGT Auction House worked with me continually, until I received the item from my FFL dealer. I could not be more pleased. VOGT Auction House in my opinion are Professional and act as such. Do not hesitate to bid on one of their items. The entire experience will be pleasing. Double charge and no response
Very disappointed by Vogt and LiveAuctioneers. I was double charged for an item, and have yet to be reimbursed by either. I have yet to hear from Vogt despite numerous attempts by both myself and LiveAuctioneers. And yet LiveAuctioneers still refuses to refund their charge or cancel the transaction, so I am out twice the money. Will avoid doing business with either

Reliable gun seller
Gun just as described. Shipping is a little slow, but I have learned to expect that from any gun auction due to the paperwork involved. Have bought from them a number of times. A good seller.
