We thank you for your shipping comments. We appreciate the issue, however, we have NO CONTROL over shipping costs provided by third parties. We recommend clients research shipping and compare quotes prior to shipping as quotes can vary considerably. We are not affiliated with, nor do we receive financial benefits from, third party shippers.

We are sorry you had shipping issues. You are probably aware that shipping services can be expensive, and are UNRELATED to what one pays for an item. We have no control over shippers. Your choice of shipping methods is completely within your discretion and completely out of our control. You sent a release authorizing your chosen shipper to pickup your items. We would appreciate if you address any shipping issues with your shipper. Please note that in person pickup is free. Let's be clear on the facts of AY handling your items. Our terms are clear-WE DO NOT SHIP items such as yours. Still, it seems you expected us to handle your item, affix labels, and PHYSICALLY TAKE IT TO the Post Office, at no cost. The fact is, we handled, labelled, and dropped off your package at the PO and you agreed to be charged $5.45 including tax. For our part we did the right thing and provided a courtesy to a client, below cost. With respect to your DECEPTIVE comment: We view your comment as simply incorrect. Our description is accurate. We stand by it as accurate, factual, and truthful. The photos are also accurate. Most people, including auctioneers, would call a 2 piece SET a SET, or 2 pieces, since it consists of a CUP AND A SAUCER. There were 22 pieces in your lot. This is the first time we have ever had someone complain that 22 pieces were really 11. We stand by our description and if you wish to return your lot, we would be pleased to refund your purchase price. Have a pleasant day.

We offered to refund the purchase price AND shipping costs were the measurements erroneous. We requested the client send photos of the frame alongside a measuring tape. The client has not (to date) send any photos showing the measurements were incorrect. We stand by our descriptions and will address any discrepancies.
