The process was relatively simple. I did feel I had to remind them they had said that item would be shipped out in 7-10 days when on the 10th business day I hadn’t received shipping details. It promptly shipped the following day however and my item arrived within 2 days of that. It’s beautiful as described. The fastener is not the best so I’ll be replacing that but otherwise the item is great.

Jack was a pleasure to deal with. Diamonds were delivered with their IGI reports. I bought a jewelers loop and confirmed that the report numbers were lasered on the diamonds themselves. Basically these are the same lab grown diamonds that you’d buy at your local jewelry store. Just at a significant discount. I even took these to local jewelers to discuss mounts. They all wanted to know where I bought them from. Money well spent. As an added plus, the wife's representative is back in town for a little while!
