Navigating FedEx delivery coordination
I didn't notice that Arches ships FedEx, and I'd had a previous problem coordinating FedEx's drop-off policies with my being at home and not having a cel phone for notification day/time. Arches Customer Service helped me navigate changing my address and phone # to one of FedEx's convenient retail drop-off sites, especially since I'd mistakenly entered the store's phone number instead of my own for shipment arrival verification call.
