A great auction, fair prices and a company that is easy to work with.

I had a great time.

I won three arcade video games and had to travel from PA to MD to pick them up. Jaybird was easy to arrange a pickup time with and very responsive. When I arrived, they loaded the games in the truck for me and were super nice. It was my first arcade auction experience and it will not be my last!

Jaybird, unlike so many others, really communicates when you have a question or an issue. The descriptions of the items are as detailed as they can surmise. They are not trying to hide defects. What you see and what you read is what you get. The staff helped when I came to pick up my lot. We talked about future offerings. I saw first hand the car in which they handle the items on auction.
