The staff at Jaybird is fantastic! The item was as-described, communication with them was great and the pickup process was quick and easy!

Bid and won a fantastic deal on an older arcade machine "off-site" from auction. As a "First-timer", figured that alone would make things ever more difficult. After just a few easy and polite phone calls of directions and instructions, it was off to the races. While I had a considerable distance to travel to retrieve my item, the Seller & Auction House worked with me in order to complete the pick-up. It couldn't have gone any smoother. Effective and efficient all the way around and the financial exchange prior to the pick-up was super simple. Would definitely do this again IF I were to come across another machine on my "list" in their auctions. They made the whole thing not only enjoyable while Bidding but easy in completing the transaction. An A + in my opinion.

I've dealt with many auction houses. I've also dealt with Jaybird many times. I know with Jaybird once the auction is over all I have to do is let them know to ship my items or ask for a day to come pick them up and the process will be simple. I don't have that level of confidence with anyone else.

The add stated the machine was "shopped out and in working condition". The people who "shopped out" the machine Never screwed the playing deck back down (see pictures from Jaybird) and they shipped it not fastened down. The machine is severely damaged internally.

I've participated in two Jaybird Auctions and had very positive experiences on both occasions. Being able to drive to the auction house for pick-up is an added bonus for me. I will continue to look out for future Jaybird Auctions.

Jaybird Auctions is professional and very nice to deal with. There use of Live Auctioneers as a payment processing company is a total disaster. they refused to talk to me live on the phone and hid behind emails. they cheated me out of almost $100 in taxes yet I had a valid resale certificate. I would not use them again
